Superb picture. The lighting is exceptional. I would guess something like Uberenvironment 2 which gives a very clear flat lighting and takes an age. Don't be offended by aureagles points. The very fact the criticisms are so specific shows how good it is. I often see pictures which are technically awful but it would simply be unkind to point this out.
