Description

Hi all - Sorry I've been out of the loop. I tried to catch up with comments this weekend. As for rendering pictures, I have decided that I'm done with Poser 8. I tried. I really really tried. But all last week Poser 8 kept crashing on me. It is very frustrating to work on a picture and then it gets corrupted or wasn't saved when the program crashes. I decided to go back to Poser Pro. At least it works. And I don't have crashes and it doesn't take 5 minutes to conform a piece of clothing to Vickie, etc etc. If I sound frustrated it's because I wasn't able to produce anything much last week due to all the time wasted with Poser 8. Now today was productive!!! Today I worked with Poser Pro. Today I created FOUR pictures. I will roll them out this week. AND my seven year old daughter helped me with three of them. We had a blast today and she did lots of direction - go with this character, go with that hair or outfit, go with that background, do this effect. :) And Poser Pro did not crash or lose my pics. It was very nice to me! :) (She didn't help me with this one but I'll post the ones she worked with me on this week.) Thanks so much for your favs and comments on my last picture. I appreciate it. :) Please zoom on this for details. Add'l credits: Jet Twin Anibot Boltz - Robot Dog (Content Paradise)

Four images in one day?? Whoa I am lucky if I get one image in four days! Like the cartoon style affects you created in this one. She looks very sprightly.

its always the same thing-you work with your fav prog and then you get an offer update innovations blablabla..and then after that you find out youve been better off before, but thats the way the market goes, and then the programs are developed too fast not tested enough on the one equipment all works fine on the other one sh.... i feel with you. i am glad my machines are running and i dont change anything . love it that you where able to be creative at last -it is frustrating -me i have to set at least one scene a day otherwise i am nervous lol.addiction???????????

" my seven year old daughter helped me with three of them" Can I assume this means a big jump in the render subject matter and quality..LOL. I ecpect to see some nice puppies , kitties and baby ducks, candy canes and frosting... sweet things from a mind of a child. ................ I like "Space Babe" vixen of the universe of course. I wonder about poser 8. I too have pro only because I won a copy or I would have 7. I guess you need a powerful machine for 8. I have a 64 bit machine and 8 dies not support it but pro does so I did not even think of change when I had money, now I am glad I did not.

Lori first of all I'm glad your back as I've missed your work. This image is wonderful and has such a playful feel to it. You always manage to bring such a beautiful and magical feel to your images and this one is no exception. Love the beautiful contrast in colors, your cool effects and the little dog :) Sorry for the Poser 8 problems, now you have me worried about installing it.

This is delightful, especially with the dog! So cheery and fun! As for Poser8--I have learned. I wait a year, for all the service releases to pile up, and then I buy the full box version just before they let out 9..that way I get all the fixes, and it's cheap because they are trying to get rid of it;) I have to say I am completely happy with 7..it renders pretty much anything I offer it, as long as I don't try to do too many figures at once. And Photoshop is my best buddy for the rest;)
