Description

This stick insect was shot through a steamed up plastic tank on the bug stand at a show, It needed a lot of tweaking in PS to get this and I am amazed how good it looks, which is more than I can say for the bug. Shot with a 105mm Sigma macro lens hand held in a not to bright marque.

This looks like an Australian stick insect! I used to have 4, they were called Boss, Eva, Joy and Pritt. Unfortunately I never got the offspring past the 2nd instar. I must look into getting some more and trying again. Much more difficult than the Indian sort. Great pic in the circs.
