Hi...
My Name is Vicki and I live in North London..
My interest in Photography really started 3 and a half years ago when I had my twin boys.
A photographer was doing a shoot at a local toddler group where i took my children regularly... i informed him that i would prefer a natural shot of the boys.. playing with each other entertaining themselves with a small toy they had brought along. On the day I had to view the photo's I was disapointedm He had ignored my requirements and sent me photo's of the boys looking and was not a good photograph at all.. So i went home and done it myself with a standard digital camera...I thought it was brilliant...Now i look back it wasn't a great Photo but it was where my passion for Photography first began and for that it will be one of my most important Photographs.
I love capturing them special moments.. to me the natural pics mean so much more than posed photographs.. .they capture the true moment..!
I have noticed how much I have improved since I first started doing Photography but know there is still so much to learn and a friend reccomended this site and I would appreciate all good and not good feedback.
So... I look forward to reading all your comments and will definatly be checking out all the wonderful photographs that have been uploaded... I am sure I will learn lots from all your excellent work.

Oh, there are many reasons to like this! For one thing, he looks happy and content, doing something he loves to do. Aside from that ... the light is wonderful ... it highlights your subject perfectly. The contrast of the dark tree brings attention to the little boy, but it also divides the space and makes you look at the environment as well. The depth of field is great. I like it! :)
