(Jan. 2008) Hello everyone and thanks for visiting my page. My name is Tom, and I've been interested in art and sketch drawing as a hobby for as long as I can remember, although never very seriously. In mid 2007 I started using Poser 6 and Photoshop Elements, and have been 'hooked' on '3D' art ever since. I'm still learning to use various 3D modeling programs to try and develop some digital art skills. I enjoy getting feedback from other artists on what to work on and how to improve.
(Feb. 2009) The submarine I've attempted to animate is from an old TV show in the 1960s called 'Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea'. Although the show was kind of cheesy, I remember watching it after school along with old episodes of Star Trek.

cool scene - love it :) I can't compare, because I don't know the Sub Dragon. texture looks OK to me. my only proposal is to add some shadows to the scene - this might help to get a more dramatic feeling :)

Fantastic scene..love her pose!!

The MilDragon always crashes my renders, and the SubDragon works fine, though he has wing mesh issues. The Subdragon looks heftier to me! I still think this is an amusing and good-looking render!

Don't have Sub-dragon so I can't tell you. as for textures, I never used them on my dragons - they were bred for riding and the scales were just uncomfortable to the riders
shadownet
Excellent!

I like the texture on the dragon but I've not really seen any very Hi-res ones to judge by. Bet she will be more careful with future wishes...lol.

Great image and gotta agree, the sub-dragon looks more threatening but each has it's own unique look. Nice textures!

Very nice picture for just fooling around. Maybe just a bit more color and some props, like some plants would have helped because the scene is all about the dragon. I agree with you, the subdragon is by far the better of the two and perhaps the best dragon out there. Too bad there aren't more props and textures for it.

great image and terrific effects.
renecyberdoc

I have always enjoyed working with the Mil Dragons. they are the most fantastic characters in any Fantasy setting. They are not the easiest creature to pose well. Excellent scene, atmosphere and posing makes this an instant Fav for Me..!!

Cool scene! I think the dragon looks great, but I don't have sub dragon so its hard to compare. I agree with jenay, I think some shadows would help...but overall I really like it!!
Pierrot_Lunaire
Very beautiful scene! Great work!

I got the sub dragon, but have not even located the folder were it is hiding, so needless to say I have not seen it. I am bad that way. I bought stuff and then never even check to see if it loaded properly. Heck I may not even installed it. I will have to check now. As to what I think, I try not to think to much. I like your render though.
densa
