Description


Walking along this brook (referred to as a 'beck' in the Lake District) towards a tarn near Grasmere in the Lakes, I came across these little sculptures made from pebbles in the beck. That must have been a labour of love. An admirer of Andrew Goldsworthy, no doubt.

I've seen these along dry-land trails but this is the first time I've seen them in water. Cool shot.
