There is a division of mood here. He could be sad and in thought about missed opportunities or simply dozing in the heat of an afternoon sun. But gorgeous composition either way and great emotion.

What a splendid photograph! It almost seems as though he's right about ready to sneeze, or just about ready to fall asleep :) I love the tones you've used here... most perfect to capture a great mood and atmosphere... wonderful artwork!
