Description
Zeta Reticuli is the star system from which gray aliens are reportedly coming from. Since these particular aliens are known for lying, their true origin is not clear to most humans at this time. Many suspect that they destroyed their home planet due to excessive exploitation of natural resources and had to abandon it when its' ecosphere became unstable.

Apparently Zeta Reticuli was a trade/travel route of sorts for the greys and other alien species in some fiction which is one of the reasons Dan O'Bannon used it in Alien. Cool stuff, man.
