The cool winter wind Skating across the mighty river Touches my face And sends chills up my spine Old man winter is having his day Today And I don’t mind I close my eyes Tilt back my head Lean into the wind And dream of you I wonder if you feel the cold Or is it nice and warm in your corner of the world I wonder if you are basking in the sun Or maybe doing a rain dance What I am really wondering is Are you wondering about me When the sun goes down my friend Look to the stars I will too We will meet underneath the big dipper Have blueberries and cheese And share our big dreams

Another wonderful piece of poetry. Made me think instantly of an old friend of mine who lives in Thailand and who I miss very much. While it is cold here in England now, I think it is much warmer over there. LX
