To me, the lower gives a more 'comfy' feel for sitting and relaxing to view movies and such...but that's just me :-) Well done on both.

mmm 4 me i like the second more also, but the first will do better if the furniture wasn't modern may be something with more wood with it's rough texture then the first 'll be newer. also the lighting units is better in the second proposal the first one needs something different i guess. nice work :)
