Description

This is Andrea's (durleybeachbum) "Serendipity" after a little personal attention. Andrea's image was posted to Rendo on the 9th November with an invitation that others might like to try changing it, and she has since suggested it be posted here for anyone else to see. So what have I done? Not much really. My printer is in a grumbling mood so using physical media was not an easy option. Instead the original was copied into Painter 11 for the colours to be changed. It was then transferred into Ultra Fractal as a png where it was copied onto a second layer. This second layer was then transformed using the formula "fwp.uxf, Inverse" before combining the two layers together into the form you see. Effectively a part of the original (recoloured) image appears within the circular middle but the surrounds are all distorted. Please note, at the very least, copyright is shared with Andrea. Cliff.

I usually loath abstract as for me it often looks like a monkey threw paint at a canvas. But this one actually looks like it had a purpose when being done. I like it!
