Description
Years and years of research into the dinasour gene-pool,
finally facilitated a breakthrough...
...when the multinational corporation TyrranoTech, after several attempts
successfully extracted Velociraptor DNA from 65-million year old fozzilized
T-Rex droppings.
They complemented the fragmented DNA with the DNA of modern Emu DNA,
and thus brought the Raptor back to life: Not in the form that its hellish creator
had originally conceived, but in the form he had intended.
As soon as this information got to the attention of the Rentagun, the whole
project was shut down immediately, and mysteriously Tyrannotech stocks
came tumbling down. The company ceased to a halt three months further
down the road...
Despite what government officials stated, the project was continued in deep
secrecy. This was the opportunity the military had been waiting for - the ultimate
kill machine for ground combat.
They came up with a new and much improved raptor: Part machine with
state of the art computer implants, part raptor with unique killer instincts
and part bio-mechanics with ultra rapid healing capabilities...
The creature was named The MechanoSaur...
For many years the scientist and the press really thought that the project had
been discontinued, until strange stories began emerging from the off world
outer borders.
First-person sightings confirmed that whole platoons of soldiers had been
wiped out by a single, awe-inspiring warrior of unknown origin...
There were rumors from the off world colonies of soldiers being mutulated and
killed by unknown weapons, and also rumors about corpses of foot-troopers
being half eaten by some strange entity...
These stories were all indications pointing towards the existence of the collaborate skunkworks-beast The MechanoSaur...

This is terrific modeling and a great rendering!

Nice story. I think the piccy could do with a background, a background of destruction (sad) and explosions. Very nice modelling. Very good focal length. Maybe could do with some white light on one side and nearly pitch black on the other side. This is truly a work of art. Very nice. How can you do the textures? I just cannot get the hang of it!
