Based on the Appleseed characters Briareos and Deunan. The mech they're riding is MrSparky's Grasshoppa. Which you should get immediately if you don't yet have it, since it's cool AND all of the money he makes on it goes to the BBC's Children In Need fund. You know you want to.

I can't even recall where that came from, but it was definitely a freebie. An old freebie, since I can't find the backup for it to check it, but I'm pretty sure it's a Royloo piece, though. It's very much his kind of thing and I've haunted his free offerings pretty religiously for a long while. The armor is DEFINITELY Royloo. That I got through PoserAddicts.
