Description

I am not 100 per cent satisfied with my former image I did back in July(see thumbnail below) so I decided to upgrade it....sorry for the repeats, but I like to see 100 per cent satisfaction before I close the book on my former images Actually I like fantasy/fairy images come to life by making it look almost like a photo shot, even though fairies dont really exist. Changes from my last version *I changed the lighting to make it brighter *I made soft shadows instead of hard shadows on the girl's shadow *I increased the quality of the render to much higher settings for more smooth image, I had to go to user settings to do it and the render time was twice as long *I changed the wings, I did not like the wings I had there last time *I modified the skin textures *I avoided the "repeatable" tiling on the chair *I changed the background a bit *I changed the girl's skin texture and lips for more photorealistic There may be some other minor changes but I dont remember them all... Okay, that is probably all the "updates" I will do for a while, I am ready to start a new one... Making fairy/ fantasy images that dont really exist in the real world and to make them realistic is quite kinda fun to do so I look forward in making more to come. here is the link to my last one I did back in July:

Great improvements on an already very good image! I particularly like: 1. the wings and stronger light of the fairy and correspondingly brighter light and wonderful shadows on the little girl, 2. The simpler background and closer crop which keeps the main focus on the girl and fairy, 3. the wood grain which is more interesting and shows up better in the brighter light. My favorite change is the fairy's skirt. The light and shadows are wonderful, as is the hint of her legs underneath and the star point of light which integrates better with the light of her skirt in this version. The reflection of pink and the light and shadow on the fairy's legs are very nice too. Beautiful image!
