This morning. Do not be deluded, it's just their harmless friendly games. Wish I could play with them.

WOW! This reminds me of those scenes in the Exoricist featuring the wild dogs fighting, while haunting Muslim-inspired music drones in the background before the camera cuts to a shot of Pazuzu, the ancient Babylonian bringer of hard winds...his head was a skinless dog's skull with extravagant teeth. I love that movie for those fighting dogs and this image reminds me of that (from me, that's a compliment) because the fighting dogs in the film were played by domestic dogs who weren't fighting at all...they were too busy wagging their tails and nudging each other with their necks (non aggressive, rough-play gestures.) Having said all of that, I love this image. Canine teeth are always impressive and this is a stunning shot, featuring a lot of my favorite things as well. Wonderful!

This brings a smile to my face .. I watch my little dog play with my big dog, and the growling, snarling, fierce mock battles that take place would scare anyone who didn't know it was just play. If the big wanted, it would take one bite, or one shake, and the little one would be dead. But they just delight in "wrestling" and play. Such a wonderful image .. I can almost hear them grrrrring and barking, and shouting and laughing!
