nice work

I'm no expert at digital painting, but I think you did execellent work here:):) I love the sense of lighting and characterization.
JOELGLAINE
He looks like a Babylonian deity. His head looks a bit odd. I was thinking, maybe to small, but it might be it's shape being too cylindrical? The props are fantastic looking. The designs of the axe/scythe, the chain head and the armor bits are spectacular. The right thigh might need more definition if muscular, or smother shading if smooth. As it stands, I can't tell what's going on with it. The definition of the right arm is adequate but seems a bit simple in comparison to the armor. Seems like his shoulders are a bit bare and not very muscular. The lighting IS top notch and the colors are just kick-ass. Overall, I'd give this picture an A-, but it wouldn't take much tweaking to get it to A+! It's really good, but on the verge of being GREAT.

Yes, the lighting is great and shows that you have a great imagination in your head. I agree on the right arm thing. but this is already a top image!

wliebtposer, IO4, Mavrosh - Thank you guys! I really appreciate it! JOELGLAINE - First of all I'm glad you took him as a deity because that was the impression I want to make, not just a fashionable warrior! You're right I should make him more muscular and about the head now that you've mentioned it seems a bit weird or detached. I'll tweak it after I finish another piece I'm working on. Thank you!
