Description

I thought I needed more practice doing male figures. Someone approached me for a CD cover and he wants a vampire couple or something like that. It's not a done deal but I thought I better make more males for practice. Not totally satisfied, as I said before, I find them hard to do lol Credits: Sage Babylon by fabiana Celestia by fabiana and ilona sixpack backgrounds by nathie at deviantART for the sky Texture package 1 by ArrsistableStock at DA for the texture I also used the rain from It's Raining Again by ilona and bez but you can't see it that much lol Character and clothes from Daz Thank you for your support, I appreciate :)

Well a wonderful start on a CD cover. I'm finding that if I go to another work and then come back to the main effect I seem to see if fresh and with new insight. Takes a bit more time then just leaving it for a day... but really helps me. Another trick I am finding is to set up a window with the right proportions and then paste in my latest render really over sized and play with different crops and scale. I only mention this cause I'm in the middle of a commission and am finding these to be helpful for me at the moment and wanted to share with you. I always enjoy what you do and wish the vert best for you on this. Please let us all know how this works out

A CD cover? Cooool!! It's a pity that it has to be a couple because I can imagine this very well as a cd cover for a specific kind of music.

Still, there is much to like about this render. Love the background, too. I sort of understand your dissatisfaction, though. Something bothers me a bit about it. I'm wondering if it might be that the POV is looking down upon a powerful character. If it were looking slighting up instead, it might take care of the problem and make him seem much the stronger character. Then, again, it might not. Just a half-formed notion on my part.

Purty, purty! Aw, you can do boys perfectly well. ^_^ He looks great! I would widen his stance just a touch, he looks unbalanced on his feet with them clamped together like that. You done good, sweetie.
