Description
For my Mom..... today is her birthday, and this is her first birthday, and holiday alone since my dad passed away last April. They were married for over 50 years and he always brought her Lilacs. Today is her 75th birthday Happy Birthday Mom I love you.
I hung up a photo today that someone sent me of my dad and his friend Carl, when they were fishing and he is holding this string of fish and he has the biggest smile and Carl is sitting behind him wearing his cowboy hat and smiling too, and each time I see that photo I get both sad and happy. I sure miss him today.. Thank you all for visiting my gallery. My daughter Erin is waiting for me to help her bake cookies so I will be back later today/tonight to catch up with you all, I hope you are all having a nice weekend.
And yes this is the real color of the house I found it in the town of Elizabethton Tennessee, across the street from a covered bridge, there were some lovely old victorian style homes all around the area.

Beautiful composition in which the house seems to explode within the frame. Nice colors in which the lilacs mirrors in the color of the house. For sure it is a pleasant place to rest. I wish a better year for your Mom, and an excellent health, although it's a bit to late to wish her a nice birthday.
