Description
As i imagine with all treeaholics we all have a favourite, and as you will probably guess, this is mine, it has featured a couple of times before, and at the risk of boring everyone to death, here it is again. A stones throw from my house, on the eastern flanks of the Blackdown hills Soth west Somerset, my tree

Photography can be frustrating; a favorite tree is so hard to turn into a favorite photograph - and it's not because it's a tree but because a favorite is a favorite over time. A single snapshot (even multiple exposure or multiple-image) just can't do a favorite justice (for me).

As a card carrying treeaholic, I'm not worried about being bored! I wish I could stand under this tree, but as that's not likely any time soon, I be happy with your shots. Beautiful composition and light. The stripes in the field and town in the distance show that there is activity all around, but here all is quiet and peace. Excellent capture!
