Description
Well, not exactly rocks, but rough bricks! I captured these Impatience at a friend's house this past Sunday. I just loved the pop of color and the stark contrast with the bricks!

Beautiful. The color contrast works very well, cold and hard versus soft and warm. I imagine this is a planter but it gives the impression of growing right out of the wall. Well, it's almost dinnertime so I think I'll go and fix myself something on the rocks.

Oh this is gorgeous! And you've captured this perfectly. It's funny, as a kid, I thought these flowers were called "Impatients" rather than what they actually are, and was somewhat disappointed to learn that they are not actually called that. On occasion I'll call them "impatients" on purpose, just to see if I feel the same way about them. I love the contrasts here. The stone and the rectangular nook they are peeking out of is positively entrancing.
