Thank you so much for taking a peek at my gallery.
Her story ignited like a wildfire and within hours the whole world caught a glimpse of Neda.

It helps to be reminded of how lucky many of us are to live in safety, sadly too many places around the world are no longer safe from such things.

I wasn't aware of this story either, you might have contained a few details, and I did look on line to to find out more and saw there is a video apparently of her death. I am sorry she died how she did and so young and brutally, but no way am I going to sit and view something like that. I do not believe that is something people need to watch on a video there is enough violence in our world already. That to me is where technology fails us. spread peace not violence... We all need to learn to live in harmony.

To tennesseecowgirl! We're facing violence already. When a brother or sister of ours faces a violence it's like us facing the violence. If (Heaven forbid) your daughter faces violence would it not be you feeling the same thing too? Spread peace yes, you're right, but this is the thing we're facing... you're not asked to be violent, but you're asked to feel things and to, at least, protest against it!!! Thanks for your information mate, you've done a great job uploading this pic! I thank you from the core of my heart!

I've not heard the story either but I think it's horrible when ever a child has to die, especially murder...what a precious little girl.

What a horrendous story on so many levels. Not only was the shot heard around the world, but it was seen as well. The most terrifying thing about that is the fact that violence is becoming the way of the world. That anyone would die as she died is too much, and what's worse is that too many people are willing to do nothing to prevent this from happening again. Ending violence of this sort may take efforts as violent as the monstrosities that we seek to stop, but something must be done...not just against perpetrators here and there (especially if they exist in opposition to our rhetoric) but against the very impulse to commit an atrocity such as this. As for myself, I don't know what to do...protest seems empty. If something goes wrong, people march...but don't really do much else. Things have spiraled out of control and the innocent masses need another means of achieving positive change. I wish I knew what those other means were: something radical and hopefully something far more effective than violence itself. Thank you for posting this.

Wow, I am amazed at how many people don't know about her. I saw the video and I felt my heart and soul just scream at the evil I saw. Shooting an innocent civilian just to keep an awful regime in power. My heart goes out to her family.I pray her country gets rid of the bastards who are responsible and that the people get their country back.
