**********PLEASE OPEN THE FULL-SIZED IMAGE WINDOW********** Honey bee on winter jasmine I could not believe my eyes! Honeybees end of November!! The photo is from today. It was about +8°C (+46.4°F). Flies are often seen at the slightest sunshine in winter. Fantastic capture. I think that the honeybees here have that toxic hive syndrome...I rarely see them, and as a result of that, yellowjacket populations are enjoying the absence of competition. As for this image, I think it is amazing. Such wonderful clarity and color. The light is perfect!
