Description

I'm officially putting the Freelancers project into high gear, which may mean a drop in what I post here for a bit while I focus. Hopefully, the final product will be well worth the wait. I've remodeled some of the main characters, ships and sets and most of my pre-production work is done. A couple sets need tweaking, but I've already gotten the first 10 panels or so done. I'll post pages here, but the complete issues will be mainly on my webpage...hope to have the first issue up during the first quarter of 2010. In the meantime, enjoy the promo and let me know what you think. These are the final versions of McKenzie and Pascal, the engineer and pilot of the Hard Bargain.

I like the mood and the characters, but is there a reason that he's not looking at the camera? Also, the text sounds like a direct paraphrasing of Phineas.

McKenzie is much more of a "here and now" character that lives in the moment. Pascal is much more concerned with the "big picture" thus his more "looking toward the coming storm" look.
