Description

This is another early Vue picture. I was just playing around trying some lighting techniques. Thanks so much for the comments on "The Rendevouz" It was a different type of scene for me but I had that great bridge... I appreciate your encouragement when trying new things. Hopefully I'll get some time to make some new pictures soon and to get caught up again with my comments.

Just what I was thinking! Wonderful place to sit, and quietly talk, and gaze. Love the soft light on the rocks and the brighter light in the distance. Perfect for twilight, with the shadows lengthening, the stars starting to appear and the world cast into shades of blue. Excellent image!

Patty .. if you want to see just how good an image this is .. open it in an editor .. any one will do. Desaturate the color way down low .. just above where tints are perceptible. Then increase the contrast about 20-25%. Save a copy Show the modified result to someone who has not seen the original .. and don't say a word about how it was made. Within a minute they will ask you where the photo was taken. Try it! I did. :-) It's really that good. Terry
