Description

Can you spot the bittern? Well, now you know to look for it, it's probably easy enough :) Typical pose for the bittern when alarmed or frightened: It tries to become invisible among the reeds, helped by the upright stance and patterns on the feathers. Vue 7.4 Complete render. No postwork besides the framing & signature (Photoshop). Chickadee & Eurasian Bittern from Songbird Remix collections by Ken Gilliland ("KenG")/DAZ. A few Vue "Alder" trees in the background, the rest of the vegetation is by me. (In case some you may think so, the reeds are NOT too big. They may grow up to 4 meters height in real life. And BTW: I'm considering making a "reeds pack" available for purchase at Cornucopia, well, let's see...) ****** NOTE: After I made this render during the weekend, I found out yesterday (browsing his gallery) that KenG had already made a similar composition. I'm not trying to "copycat" him of course (to think that would be to confuse cause and effect), and the theme with the bittern in the classic stance among reeds is an obvious choice for a render with this bird. ****** Thanks for taking a look, comments etc. welcome and appreciated. Great work! 5+ (...the image is far better than my my earlier post and how can copycat and the classic pose of the bittern anyways... that's what they do... lol)
