Description

In a corner. ;) Soon, I will be moving my workplace to a big, airy room with a window and plenty of deskspace for all my toys! As I view RR, I'm under headphones, listening to music, and sometimes poems or lyrics pop into my head. Thus, the papers. My wife's station is to my left. Thank you for the visit, and for any comments you make. Tink says she'll be in another photo, soon!

Yeah, we should actually make a thread with our workspaces? We showed our workspace couble of years back in our galleries, but I bet much has changed since. A very nice place you got there and I like the fact, that your wifes workspace is beside you. My husbands workspace is in another room and we use our computers in a very different way. My husband is NOT an artist.

Quite tidy, compared to many ... I second helanker's post - a thread just for workspaces (though mine hasn't changed since I posted it some time ago).

My work space is a lot of pillows on the bed (Some for my knees which can get irritable after a while) and a laptop. There is an external hard drive that I plug in on occasion, usually when the laptop begins to growl at me, and an Ipod at the ready. Though I don't usually listen to it when I'm commenting as I am too easily distracted. I like your space. It looks very tidy and efficient.

OMG! Your desk looks like mine does! I have hardbound spiral journals you get at Wal-Mart. They are like 5" X 7". I have several of them. One for photoshop notes, tutorial info, things like that. I also write poetry and have lines that sometimes come to me if my muse is sitting on my shoulder. They are a little easier to handle than paper, I have found, and definitely more sturdy than regular spiral notebooks of the same size. I have my headphones on my printer, a Goliath laserjet. I have my mp3 player plugged in getting charged. I have it setting in a coffee cup that I use as a pen holder too. You get the idea, (and I won't even mention the software I have. You would be astounded). So much more on my desk I am not even mentioning. Then of course the crowning glory which no desk is without; the power cords, so profuse as to look like mating octopi! ;0 Now that you know more than you probably want to know about my deskspace, I will shut up!
