Once he was laughed out and recovered from his aching sides, Perseus managed to get himself to his feet to truly appreciate what his former partner had actually done for him.
It certainly wasn't what Andromeda had been expecting. A bit more teasing, some needling about the costume in general, then unbound and they could let things return to normal with her walking on eggshells around Lady Ianthia and covertly managing to rib her former partner.
The gentle hand sliding around her back to offer a soft brush of fingertips down her spine and the light caress of his hand along her jawline did much more than to serve to startle her from her mock annoyance that she had been playing up just moments before. Now she was genuinely stunned. A sensation that was clearly reflected in her expression, eyes and posture.
Perseus gently drew her back away from the stone pillar and drew her more fully into his arms. Caressing a light finger over her cheek and under her chin, barely grazing the tip of his thumb along the line of her lower lip.
Twenty years of distance evaporated into a kind of timeless nothingness when eyes met eyes. All the tensions of status and station melted, as did any sensations of loss that either had been bearing for the other for those two decades.
Right now there was only that one breathless moment, where hearts stilled, memories stirred, and the gentle nuzzle of his cheek against hers and the release of two pent up, quivering sighs.

The follow up to "Laugh While You Can, Percy..." (after he regained his wits, of course, and the realization and reflection on twenty years of absence between two faithful companions...leaning to a logical outcome. A tenderness that was two decades denied, and only once chance in a million to see where it might, if even for the briefest of moments, lead.
There will be at least one more image to this series. Percy and Andie have long standing issues, and this is likely the only chance they'll ever get to resolve them.

they both look like they're in their 20s.... they've been seperated for 2 decades.... were they diaper lovers??? LOL you know what I'm talk'n about - lol... and ... I know what you're talk'n about... these two are supose to be gods or something, and they're a lot older than they look - lol ... man, if my arms were put up like that, I don't think I'd even suck face, my hands fall asleep easy enough as it is = lol... on the other hand, I might have a good dream tonight about tied up women = lo... looks great, sexy too... here is one for the diaper lovers - LOL
