Put is work in progress because it is, but I decided to post what I had so far.
FYI on personal stuff
My heart is ok. My court hearing did not go well I think, becuase the attorney the diabolty ins. company picked pissed off the judge. She asked his where this and that was and his repose was he filed it electronically. Since we are rural case was heard at college and not at courtroom so no computer access. She asked him if he brought copies and he said He did not, and it went downhill from there, she basically said any good attorney would have brought hard copies of the evedence. Shes asked him to tell her what it was , but I felt she only half listened to him. Social Security's Voc. expert. said I coulr be a Ins file clerk as that was a sedintary job, he also named a couple of other jobs I am not familar with. But having been an Ins. Co. Manager and supervisor I know that was a buch of Balony. True an insurance clerk has a chair they can call there own the rarely if ever get to sit in it. I told my attorney but he said I coutld not dispute the SS definitions of what jobs are sedintary and ones that are not. The only good thing was the judge gave my attorney 1 month to get the information in, whihc makes me think she is ready to rule against me, but giving aTTORNEY A shot on coming up with something to change her mind. It will be 1-4 months after that before i get the verdict. The attorney stated we would be allowed to appeal that verdict but that would be it.

Love the image! So very glad to hear about your heart test. I know how much of a relief that can be. As to your court case....yesh...Well, hopefully the judge will overlook the annoyance factor and just look at the evidence. You know folks are pulling for you.

You gonna start getting into 8ft women??? lol Seriously though, I had a rough day with internet connection and was wondering how you were doing, I'm glad your heart loves you back - amen.

indeed shitty if the judge was pissed off by them before gives a bad start wich it should not but.. the only thing i can do for you from here is say thumbs up and wish you luck. glad the heart works fine . the brains too i guess lol.

I know how you feel My wife got screwed over by her supposed lawyer when she tried to to get sevreance pay from her old job that she had to leave becasue her and her given colluegue at the time could not work out their diffrences. she had been their over 15 years and he had been there less than 8 years. the lawyer was more helpful to the company didn't work do more than 1 hours work and turned around and charged us 150euros about 180 dollars at the time! I wonder if you have to have belong to some secret society for a lawyer to actually help their client get anything accomplished? maybe you would do better rtepresenting yourself your insurance company is looking out for therer best intrest not yours! good luck guy like the pictures looks like she getting it from behind like your insurance company is trying to do you. anyway have a good week and good luck!

Doesn't sound like you got a very good attorney there my friend. I would make a rucus and say I want a new one if this is something effecting loosing my SS benefits. NIce image so far.
