Description
The sun going down gave a wonderful golden glow to the trees which were a fairly uninteresting brown otherwise.
Getting the shot went like this. I stopped at the lake and walked around shooting with my 50mm lens. But when I got to the far side of the lake, I needed a wider lens. I ran back to the car and got my 18-105mm zoom lens and ran back, only to discover I had taken off the polarized filter. Ran back to the car, put on the filter and ran back to snap off a handful of shots just as the sunlight disappeared.
