My name is Tara, and I was born and raised in Washington State.
In 2010 I married Bill (bmac62) and retired ... two of the best choices I ever made! :)
In March, 2013, we sold our home in Washington and went on the road in our RV full time. What a blast! There is so much world out there to see!
After traveling around the West for a few years, we got rid of the motorhome and are now spending winters in deep-south Texas and summers in Washington State. Spring and fall finds us visiting whichever place strikes our fancy at the time!
If I’m missing from Renderosity from time to time, I’m busy having fun elsewhere.
Thanks for your interest in my work, and for stopping by to learn more about me!

Cobalt blue! Wonderful! My grandmother had a lot of cobalt colored glass and I always loved it. Some of the bottle made interesting background scenery for Star Wars action figures back in 1978, along with those glass insulators from ancient telephone poles...and now whenever I see blue glass, I think of those action figures (not like the snazzy cool ones now that actually look like characters, rather than anonymous, vaguely anthropomorphic plastic.) The light in this is fantastic. It's so brilliant, so full of lively life! I like the reflected light, especially those warmer reddish tones that are barely visible in the paperweight thingie with the bubbles in it. Gorgeous work!
