Not as pixelated as the version you posted on CGS, where, dear Rendo people, you'll find it was slated because the face is ripped from a photo. Someone managed to find the original photo it came from. The photo was mapped onto a basic model. The hair is just clumps. Desaturating, blowing out the detail and making it out of focus were all little tricks to disguise it.
