We have full-on Winter in Chicago now, and so everything is covered in slush. As a result of that it's always a pleasure to see greenery and things blooming. As for the picture itself, it's brilliant. I love the curled flowers and those needle-like leaves. I have no idea what this plant is but you captured it perfectly.

It resembles rosemary in leaf but the blooms are red - not soft blue and the blooms are more elaborate. It is most intriguing.
