I'm sorry but I don't know what it was used for. I just liked the look of it. I wonder if anyone here recognizes what it's original purpose was. I found it in an old pumping station that ceased operation a long time ago.

The top two measured voltage and amperage..both are electrical measurements..the left one on the bottom measured either air or liquid pressure..not sure about the other one..but they are several years old in any case...like the colored version also..

I'm thinking boiler pressure but if it is a pumping station...not sure. Maybe steam was used to power the pumps. Sounds good don't you think? :) I too like the color...but I am always up for seeing B&W.
