He looks like he has a a stock ticker in his left hand. Sound loops between his mouth and the micraphone to produce the ticks on the ticker. The overall image placards all the colors.

i especially like the way the sleeve changes from picture to crazy drawing. i think it might have been cool to switch from picture to crazed mouse drawing instead of just random, but it is "madness" ;) great work there. the punk aspect of it makes it very nice and friendly, i think my work has gone to gothic....:(
