Description
Christmas is approaching... all the streets are lit and decorated for the feast... I don't know if this year I can decorate my Christmas tree, my vertigo for the time being, not let me do it.
I console myself with the poinsettias... they are beautiful the same, right?

You have vertigo? So do I. YOu have my sympathy. Poinsettas are a good substitute for a tree. My wife traditionally gives me a poinsetta plant for Christmas. It means more to me than any tree (although she has to have that) and we usually get to enjoy its bright colours clear into March or April. One year, before I was married, I didn't have a tree or a poinsetta, so I wrapped all my Christmas presents for my friends and family in the same plain Poinsetta red paper and stacked them into the shape of a tree. It actually turned out pretty good. Anyway, a Merry Christmas to you and your loved ones and I hope 2010 will be an especially wonderful year for you.

Sorry to read about your vertigo it is a shame that you cannot decorate your tree, can you ask somebody to help you? I cannot put my decorations up due to my illness, but I have been very fortunate in having a kind son-in-law who did if for me. I do hope you can find some kind person to help you. If this is a sample of your poinsettias, they are really beautiful, I love the pov of this photo very much, showing off the true beauty of a very festive plant.
