I had to really stop and think about what to say about this one. Compostion and layout set the foundations. The upward flow from her stretching out through the three rising dragons gives the backbone strength of this work - there is a strong upward movement which accentuates this moment of parting. The landscape also follows this pattern especially the spire to the right. Your strong texturing brings out the details but the subdued color pallettes keeps it all in check.
