Description

Tossing her head back to ask for more suet. Female Downey Woodpecker. These birds have been on nearby trees foraging for insects throughout the year. This is the first time I've caught one at the feeder. Bill:) "Seeing Double"

Excellent capture of this little beauty, keep putting that suet out and they'll become frequent feeders they enjoy my pecan trees this time of the year.
