Night of the snow storm ( Tues. night 8th ) This storm started early Tues and closed our little small town on Weds. We got 14.4 inches 50mph winds....I tryed to capture it Tues. night ..these shots are not enhanced in any way...one is with the flash and one is without. My corner lot.
Trying to play catch up ...hope you understand!
Zoom may work
Hugs and stay warm all!!

Love that first one, very surreal!

Great shot! Stay warm. We are (so far) just cold (Low/Mid teens). Since we are at 600' ASL (above sea level) here in Kenmore, I noticed the temp was about 4-5 degrees (F) colder than down on Highway 522 by Lake Washington. They are now saying a chance of snow come Sunday night.

That is amazing! I'll have to try that. Dana

COOL :)

Great shots. Brrrrr!

Great shots! I like them both for very different reasons. The flash on the snow falling is just right, and the non-flash with the silent blanket of snow and the pattern the light makes on the ground is great! Nice work.

I like the first one best but I like them both, well done!!

Wow, what a great idea! Ditto auntietk's comment above. I've never tried a flash on snowflakes before:)

Amazing how different the shots are. I like the bottom one with its lovely colouring and the snow doesn't look so cold.

This is a great contrast between the 2 shots Trina! I've lost count on all the snow we have had so far, wishing for a giant hairdryer to melt it all, lol!
