Description

At Christmas the presbytery of the Frari’s Basilica is a suitable place to represent the Christian mystery of the Redemption: the Nativity of Jesus (shown with simple statues), the Crucifixion (the marvellous thirteenth century crucifix) and the Assumption of Titian, which remembers us our ultimate end (the resurrection of the body).
