Ok, I will assume when you beg for negative comments you really are hoping fo constructive criticism. That said, art is still a matter of personal expression unless it is commercial art, then it is the artist trying to express their client's 'personal' concepts. If I worked this piece I would try to find a way to keep my dark atmosphere but still show a more definitive outline of the main character. It was difficult to figure what your mechanical spider was setting on until I realized there was a shoulder pad. This is a technical issue not a conceptional one. The reflection work in the face is very well done. Hope this helps.

LOL. Nice work. Guyvers really cool. Spiders are not. I hate spiders. I'd be screaming if one landed on me. Royloo also created a female version of Guyver but it doesn't seem to exist on his website anymore (http://www.royloo.com/free.php). On my render of Guyver I used some free DS2&DS3 super shine shaders by Marianne (http://www.sharecg.com/v/31573/Material-and-Shader/Super-Shine-Shader). Also mmalbert has some great DS shaders for sale here at Renderosity.

Excellent! The only thing I would recommend is maybe a little more shadow on the spider he is pointing at.
