WOW! This is as great as your hand-made drawings. I love the fact that this reminds me of glass. There is a particular "clarity" to it and it contains your usual artistic grace! More perfect work, especially in terms of your very subtle use of color! Fantastic.

full size, it just explodes into journeys, like a meeting of great rivers of light...your apophysis work is like none other, it's "all yours," all your vision, your style, your 'hand'. And the lines reach out into space and then rush back into the center, and there's so much light in it, and your shade is subtle & gentle & intense, all at the same time! I love the bleached purple in the center, like gentle thoughts. And I love the pale yellowish-white all around it. Everything about it is beautifully envisioned. Beautiful, just beautiful. I'll be back for more in the next number of days, Ana, but I wanted to give one comment per gallery tonight, and I chose this one because it's so "you" and it's so gentle, and it's filled with hope for the new year. Thanks for all you've given us here! I wish you a wonderful new year ahead, dear Ana! Your gallery is one of our best, and it's been a great gift to all of us!

This was the first image that I chose tonight, but because the other two took my thoughts along a more somber path, I wanted to do this one last (though not quite last now. :)) I forgot to mention how wonderfully titled, "unrest" is, and this is another with a perfect title. I love the way the two parallel lines seem to be trying to force the other lines to go in a regimented fashion, and even more, I love that they aren't succeeding. Inside the parallel lines, the other lines swirl and swoop and circle back. Other lines escape confinement altogether and balloon out like ripples on a pond, or soar off into the great unknown. This image is so full of life and motion. It speaks to me of the sheer delight of reaching out, and breaking through the confines of life. I think of loving generously, and living fully. I think of dancing, and laughing. This is beautiful. The colors, the lines, the motion, all so beautiful!
