Description
This is the third villain to be added to Nova Girl's Rogues Gallery and the first male villain as well. The Silver Skull is an evil genius whose only super power is somehow having his head stay attached to his body without a neck.
Special credit to Dodger for the Davros eye prop which I used as some mechanical eyes.
