Description

When I was in Wisconsin I was fortunate enough to see real fall colors! Here in Southern California I don't get to experience much of the color, so it was a treat to see the beauty of these colors in person! My husband made it home safe and sound today! Wow, like you implied, you don't get such a gorgeous array of colors on leaves here in Southern Calif! Great focus in this lovely composition, Melinda. And you got your hubby back safe and sound.

So glad you've gotten to see northern fall colors. My parents lived in Maine for years. Bus loads of tourists and car loads too...drive through the state when the leaves turn...the locals jokingly refer to them as "leaf peepers". P.S. For some reason ebots have been quite irregular from the DITI threads this week but your picture got a good amount of play if you haven't been there for awhile. Will you tell the next person in line (your first poster) that they get to upload a DITI photo on Monday? Many thanks. Bill
