Description

System: Otela; Planet: Otela III Sovereignty: Caldari State Constellation: Oniyura Region: The Forge Many worlds were inhabited long before man entered New Eden. If the world they held was earth like, it usually fell to the new hords. Otela III, is a storm world. Though not a chosen colony world, having two earth type planets in the system It is rich in ore, minerals, and many things empire puts a high price on. Only one thing stopped it and its sister world Otela V, from being strip mined, Was that the Otelaian's that inhabited it was unconquerable. Though all the Industrial Corporations, and even the Caldari State, had thrown all their mighty fleets at it. The winged folk of the planet, without any sophisticated weapons destroyed everything, and every soldier sent against them. How it was done, is a STATE secrate, but the planet and its sister world which also had this same life form living upon it was declared quarantined. A large navy fleet is based At Otela II, to enforce the quarantine.

Well, if you can't beat 'em, surround 'em! heh! I can see why they wouldn't want these guys to break loose from their star system. 'Course, I am surprised that they hadn't figured out that if they wanted to leave, they would and could. I love the transparency of those wings. I'm not a big wing fan, but I do think those are special.
