Description
So this is a blast from the past for me, but one that's nice to return to once in a while.
This is the kind of stuff I did early on in my digital days, before I found daz or poser. This was the kind of stuff I loved to make and put on cafepress items back in the day.
Done completely in gimp, using various default installed filters for lighting and sphere designer.

For a star to be shining that bright..! That means the core has collapse.! It looks like the star is turning into a supernova or hypernova...!? Great Image.!
