Description

We arrived in New Hampshire, safe and sound. A large snow storm was following us up the east coast and is due to arrive here tomorrow evening. Another ginger bread house and that is my wife Jo, giving you some perspective. If you want to make one, the recipe is: 820 pounds of sugar 135 pounds of butter 1040 eggs 150 pounds of chocolate chips 470 pounds of flour 2 pounds of baking soda You will need one very large bowl and larger mixer plus a huge oven. Merry Christmas, Happy Holidays, and a Happy & Healthy New Year to all. Thanks for stopping by, taking a peak and for all your previous comments. Dana

WOW! That is the biggest gingerbread house I've ever seen!! And your wife looks dressed for the season! Welcome back to New Hampshire! Glad you beat the storm. Here in Merrimack we're only supposed to get a dusting...but that was the forecast a few hours ago. You know how THAT goes in NE, LOL.

marvelous image, great work!!! and thanks for the recipe" I hope you'll survive the snow storm, they showed terrible news at the TV. And it's snowing also here in Padua and Venice, which is a relatively rare event.

Excellent portrait of an excellent construction job, considering the fragile ingredients involved. Nice white ensemble your wife is wearing.
