Description

Aiko 3 and a royloo gown I made a resolution last year to stop eating or drinking anything that wasnt healthy,and i am very proud to say i have stuck to that resolution for the whole year....and now i wouldnt stop eating healthy for anything...I feel 100 times better,I sleep better,I weigh 15 Lbs. less,my thinking is clearer,my love life,guitar playing,friendships and life in general is better..I cook all our meals and get at least half our food from our garden..Its the good life..for sure..

Beautiful portrait. Your story reminds me of mine. I suffered with a chronic medical condition for years. After going the meds route for a long time, made the same resolution as you 6 months ago and feel fantastic right now. Even after hearing it from the docs and family for so long...frankly, I'm amazed at what a few simple changes in diet can do.
