The job of a frieghter like an Emperer Class Tramp is to move freight from star system to star system. It is the backbone of how they earn their living. Passenger service is just a side line, a little extra to help when the holds are not filled completely. It is not unusal for the crew of a frighter to start getting very worry when it gets close to time to lift and the holds are not full. In fact, most frighters will already be hard at work trying to track down out going shipments by inner system comm even before they set down and start to unload. Here you can see Zeeza pulling in an cargo container from the ship's forward cargo lock on one of the ship's floaters. Floaters are powerful contra gravity powered devices designed specificly for lifting heavy loads instead of manuverablity and speed as found in flyers such as air rafts and speeders. The floaters on the Emperer Class Tramps are assited by focused magnetic/gravitic wave guides built into the ceiling of the cargo locks and hold. They help stablize the container on the floater then lift it up off of the floater and set it back down on the deck when it is in it's proper place within the hold, and hold it there till it is securily lash down. Off to the side you can see Tarrie as she watches from her seat on her own personal floater, a high tech Hiver model who's hull she has partly rebuilt. She has severial small peices of freight on it which she as to deliver.
