Firstly - this is the start of a really nice render. I am a little concerned on the scale of things - the bath tub seems a little on the small side. Something odd seems to be happening on the walls around the window - this might be a light reflection (if so you may need to tone it down a little) - The sink side wall is in danger of floating - I guess this will be fixed when you put a skirtingboard in place. Dont forget the fixures and fittings and sealant around the bath and sink and I would add a light "Dirt" layer to give it that "Used or Live-in feeling" - A great start.

don't know anything about max, only know bryce, but the tub is to small (its about the size of two times the sink. so maybe you should make the rest a bit smaller. also the sink is way to low to the ground. i think. still very realistic work!

My opinion is that it still lacks a lot so that it seems a real bathroom. You have to work him more.
