Modern version of Venice? :-) I like it vey much except for the brick texture along the y-axis. Maybe put some dirt on the walls. The lighting is very nice also. Keep on the good work!

Yes its so easy to get carried away - but nice work - Agree with sms's comment - this needs dirt to bring out some warmth. Maybe some junk in the water and grass/weeds along the path where the gravel meets the brick work and a milk bottle on the doorstep. Oh! construction wise the bridge would collapse - there is no support what-so-ever :)

Great idea..my first initial thought was WOW but on second glance it is still wow but could have been really better. Here are my suggestions: the top layer of bricks in the foreground need some work because they don't match up with the brick texture on the side of the wall. "Dirtying it up" some wouldn't hurt...no place is that clean. I do agree with SMS...the lighting is excellent. I also love the canal water and the overall concept....

All those walls need are concrete caps and just need to break up the repeating texture, excellent lighting!

Beautiful, but believability is in the details, as the comments above indicate. Make the bridge arched on the bottom, and change the texture to concrete, so it can be self supporting. Also brick is rarely used in water, so change the water side of the wall to concrete as well, leaving a brick cap. The closest door is missing a doorknob. Can I nit anymore? Still, WOW!

OK, I agree with all above, but I hve to say (again) the lighting is what I like best about this pic. It seems very real to me. Kudos.
